Last year, we got to know psyched-out teen sensations the Lemon Twigs thanks to their debut LP Do Hollywood, then delved into their past when footage of their preteen band covering My Chemical Romance, the Who and Velvet Underground surfaced last month.
The Lemon Twigs are once again charging forward, though, thanks to a brand new video. "I Wanna Prove to You" comes from their aforementioned first album, and the video arrives courtesy of director Nick Roney.
The clip finds the Lemon Twigs' Brian and Michael D'Addario visiting Roney's real-life grandparents in Utah, as they seek to capture "the concept of love" on camera.
"We had a great time getting to know Nick's grandparents," the band said in a statement. "They're great people and we really liked talking to them about music and the values that made their marriage so successful."
You can see the resulting footage from the family-oriented hang-out in the video for "I Wanna Prove to You."
