Months after releasing her debut solo LP Fin, Syd has returned with another slick slice of futuristic R&B titled "Bad Dream/No Looking Back."
The two-part track first finds her promising to give a lover "all the things your body's asking for," before a tempo change signals thoughts of attachment, as she sings, "If this turns into something...there's no looking back."
The song's artwork points to it being "part of the feature soundtrack Always Never Home," which Syd has revealed will arrive September 8.
