Following the rousing "FOH," power-pop heroes Superchunk have shared a new song from their upcoming album I Hate Music with the tune "Me & You & Jackie Mittoo."
The song is a two-minute slice of classic Superchunk, as it features a scrappy arrangement of distorted guitars, hollered pop melodies and fist-pumping rhythms. I Hate Music's title comes from this tune, as the lyrics begin, "I hate music / What is it worth? / Can't bring anyone back to this earth."
