The buzz behind Netflix's Stranger Things may going into the realms of obnoxious at this point, but it's hard deny both the show's quality and that of its soundtrack. But while we wait for the second volume of the score to arrive from S U R V I V E's Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein on Friday (August 19), the synth-loving pair have revealed that they'll be taking their Stranger Things sounds to the stage.

As revealed in a new lineup announcement, Dixon and Stein will be playing their Stranger Things work at Kraków, Poland's Unsound Festival, which takes place October 16 to 23. This will mark the first time selections from the score will be performed live. As of press time, however, it's unclear what the duo's other live Stranger Things plans might involve.

Other artists set to appear at the Polish festival include Demdike Stare, Emptyset, Amnesia Scanner, Bill Kouligas, Phuture, Rashad Becker, Miss Red and Toxe, among others. You can learn more about the festival and its lineup here.

As for Dixon and Stein's day job in S U R V I V E, the Austin synth group are set to release their upcoming RR7349 on September 30 via Relapse Records. Already, rumours are rightly swirling about a tour being announced behind the album.

For now, listen to the first volume of the Stranger Things soundtrack below before its second volume arrives digitally on Friday. The first volume will come out on CD September 16, while the second is expected on September 23.
