Stitched In Silence

Saskatchewan’s Torque Records has some excellent and legitimately heavy bands on its roster, but I’m not quite ready to label Stitched In Silence as one of them. It’s not that their latest album, Prepare For Glory, falls short of what it should be in the fast growing metal hardcore realm, and more that their mere week-long recording antics may have placed unnecessary pressure on the album’s mediocre sound. At least there is potential for these guys to grow and progress, and with Kevin Gales on their side, I’m confident their next album release will garner attention.
