In the time since brooding Vancouver act Spectres released their sophomore LP Nothing to Nowhere, post-punk has become all the rage. Still, while many a buzz band continues to jack Ian Curtis, Spectres remain on an entirely different level. Thankfully, they've finally returned with Utopia.
