Smashing Pumpkins are previewing yet another track from the upcoming deluxe edition of 1998's Adore, this time bringing an extra-spacious version of previously issued B-side "Blissed and Gone" to the table.
Dubbed the "drone version" of the track, this version all but eviscerates the electronics-saturated beats of the original, which first appeared on the Still Becoming Apart EP in 2000. The newly revealed run-through puts a bigger focus on the echo of piano chords and Billy Corgan's plaintive vocals, as well as the haunting miasma of sustained guitar noise.
