Beloved/reviled dubstep superstar Skrillex returns with some new music today, teaming up with his OWSLA signee Alvin Risk for the new song "Try It Out."
If you prefer your dubstep leaning closer to IDM than EDM, you'll probably want to avoid this one, as it's all brash synth explosions, repetitive vocal edits and enormous, explosive bass wobbles. It's the sort of thing that keeps poor James Blake up at night (not that he needs the beauty sleep).
There's also a quick-moving video to accompany the song, complete with footage of Skrillex and his buds partying it up on the road. Speaking of, they've got some tour dates available here, though none scheduled for Canada.
