The country-pop superstar headlined the halftime show, making a dramatic entrance before launching into one of her biggest hits.
Sporting a stunning red sequin and fur get-up, Twain was pulled across the snowy field to the stage. On a dogsled. Escorted by Mounties.
Once she reached the stage, she treated the crowd to a rendition of 1997 smash "Man, I Feel Like a Woman," accompanied by pyrotechnics that even the falling snow couldn't put out.
Watch footage from the entrance and performance below, then check out some of the audience feedback from social media beyond that.
If you like what you see, be sure to catch Twain on tour next year.

Watching @ShaniaTwain come in on a dog sled, in a blizzard, in Ottawa to perform the half time show at the Grey Cup is the most Canadian thing I've ever seen. Unreal 👍🏻😂🇨🇦

Grey Cup in nation's capital. A blizzard. Mounties. Lumberjacks. Shania Twain. Hey, hosers, we're a beaver covered in maple syrup away from most Canadian thing ever.

To our American viewers: if Shania Twain happens to slip and fall on that icy stage, don't worry, we have free healthcare.

Canadian football. Snow covered field. Shania Twain. If that Moose on the Loose runs thru the halftime show I'm gonna die of patriotism.

GREY CUP: Shania Twain gets brought into the halftime show on a dog sled, gets escorted to the stage by a Mountie, is wearing sparkly long johns, in the middle of a blizzard.

This is not a joke. This is Canada.
A SLED TEAM OF HUSKIES JUST BROUGHT SHANIA ONTO THE FIELD FOR THE GREY CUP HALFTIME PERFORMANCE, THIS IS CANADA AS HELL

I wonder if there are any Cyber Monday deals for a red sparkled onesie with a matching faux fur coat. #Shania

To those asking whether Shania left by dog sled or via the Mounties: She was carried away, gently and with great care, by the Canadian wind
