System of a Down's Serj Tankian went symphonic for the recent Orca, and now he's unveiled a music video for that album's "Act II - Oceanic Subterfuge."
The eight-and-a-half-minute epic is grandiose and dramatic, as horns and strings swell and resemble the score of a Hollywood film. The visual accompaniment is, naturally, an underwater scene, as we see schooling fish swim around the ocean floor. There are moments of peace and beauty, but as the arrangement reaches moments of intensity, we watch oceanic predators hunting and devouring their prey.
