Canadian electronic music master Sarah Davachi is set to make her next album statement. Via her very own Late Music imprint, Davachi will release her new full-length Antiphonals on September 10.

According to a statement from the artist, the album was "borne of a desire to merge my studio practice with the tonal characteristics and sound-on-sound tape delay processes that have informed my approach to live performance for many years."

Davachi went on to state Antiphonals "is a return to the sound palette of Mellotron, electric organ, piano, and synthesiser that was developed on 2018's Let Night Come on Bells End the Day."

For an idea of what's in store, you can now stream the album track "Rushes Recede" below.

The album comes in the wake of a prolific streak from Davachi, who last year released her Cantus, Descant album and the Five Cadences mini-release, the latter of which made the list of Exclaim!'s 25 Best EPs of 2020.
