Run with the Kittens recently dropped their latest LP Casio Glue Bomb, and now Exclaim! is bringing you the premiere of the band's brand new video for the album's title track.
The clip was directed and produced by Nick DenBoer (a.k.a. Smearballs), who has worked on videos for Conan O'Brien and recently caused a stir with The Chickening at film fests like TIFF and Sundance. The "Casio Glue Bomb" visuals were created by filming each individual band member playing along to the song at varying speeds, then getting readjusted to normal speed in the editing process.
The result is an erratic, glitched-out accompaniment to an equally frantic and eccentric song. Watch the madness make its way onto the screen in the player below.
Casio Glue Bomb is out now, and you can catch the band live at their video release party at Toronto's Monarch Tavern on April 22.
