Robert Plant Reveals 2011 North American Tour, Plays Toronto

BY Alex HudsonPublished Nov 16, 2010

Perhaps more so than any artist of his generation (other than Bob Dylan), former Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant has managed to remain artistically vital, releasing new material that holds up against his classic work. Now, the singer -- who was recently profiled in our Timeline feature -- will be hitting the road in 2011 for a North American tour.

The tour will run from mid-January through to February. There are 15 dates overall, including one Canadian stop in Toronto on January 22. The rest of the shows all take place in the U.S.'s eastern half. Plant will be touring with his group, the Band of Joy, which is also the name of his latest solo album.

See the schedule below. If you can't make it out, perhaps you'll be able to check out the new Robert Plant documentary by the BBC.
