Being a punk band from Boston brings with it certain expectations and is fraught with danger. After all, Beantown has produced some of the toughest and most influential bands especially hardcore bands. But young bucks of Righteous Jams obviously know that. This re-release of their debut EP (and at ten songs it actually would qualify as a full-length except that the songs average about one minute in length) brims and bubbles with intensity and honesty. Like Slapshot, DYS and Reach the Sky before them, this quintets flying drop kicks out the jams with light speed precision that more often than not hits the mark dead on.
