Reunited Van Halen Announce New Album, Lengthy North American Tour

All of those rumours and reports that have been swirling around the internet in recent weeks have now been proven true, as beloved rockers of yesteryear Van Halen have unveiled the details of a tour and a new album.

Starting in February, the group -- including original singer David Lee Roth -- will be hitting the road in North America for an epic jaunt that will last all the way until June. Along the way, they'll play a handful of Canadian shows: Montreal and Toronto in March, then Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg in May. See the schedule below.

Along the way, Van Halen will be promoting their new album, A Different Kind of Truth, which is slated to come out February 7 via Interscope. Expect the first single, "Tattoo," to be available next week.

Just yesterday (January 5), the band played an intimate gig at New York's Cafe Wha?, and you can watch their performance of "Panama" at the bottom of the page.
