Raw Power

Raw Power formed 20 years ago and were always considered cream of the '80s hardcore crop. But the only tie this new album has with the past is that the Codeluppi brothers remain the band's backbone and the third song is called "What Can We Do?" (not a new version of the track that appeared on the classic After Your Brain album). While they'll never be able to recreate the youthful fire of their first four releases, this one is surprisingly pretty good, combining the polished guitar mayhem of Mine To Kill, with the raw furor of early Crumbsuckers.
