Canadian singer-songwriter Rae Spoon has announced the release date of his upcoming album, Love Is a Hunter. The record marks the follow-up to his highly acclaimed, Polaris Music Prize-nominated album, Superioryouareinferior.
Love Is a Hunter is set for release on August 17 via Saved By Radio/Saved By Vinyl.
According to a press release, Spoon's new album is "a pop-infused exploration of identity, contradiction and longing." It's also said to be inspired by the time Spoon spent in Europe, and was recorded in Calgary with Lorrie Matheson, who helped make this Spoon's "most danceable release yet."
Although Love Is A Hunter isn't out until August 17, a new music video for the album's title track has been made available to watch. You can find it down below.
