Hazardous Portland hardcore icons Poison Idea have revealed an early taste of their Confuse & Conquer. Set to stun the senses is the band's blistering, old-school crusher, "Bog," which can be streamed online now.
The track is a tornado of palm-muted riffs, speedy drums and the always monstrous yowls of Jerry A. Things get especially terrifying in the reverb-blown bridge, where the screamer details feelings of being trapped deep, down below the titular locale. Metaphorical or not, it's a freaky tease to the band's first full-length in nine years.
