When we reported on Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin's pizza-themed Velvet Underground parody band called the Pizza Underground, we noted that the band had a mini-documentary in the works. That behind-the-scenes featurette has now emerged.
This 15-minute short film centres around a live gig last month in New York, and also shows an at-home get-together that includes music performances, a photo shoot, and, quite naturally, some boxes of pizza. There's also an unusual retelling of the Velvet Underground's history involving an increased emphasis on pizza.
The film was created by Toby Goodshank, and premiered at Rolling Stone.
