After impressing with 2016's Cardinal, New Jersey outfit Pinegrove have returned with a brand new single.
"Intrepid" comes as the result of the band's recently wrapped summer recording sessions, and while news of their next full-length is still a ways away, the new track should tide fans over for a bit.
According to the band, it's an ode to long-distance relationships and the lessons learned from being in one.
"One of the things this album explores is the emotional and creative experience of geometric space," the band's Evan Stephens Hall said in a statement. "'Intrepid,' in particular, considers distance and the outer rim of the magnet's pull; how the size of the world can bring our personal relationships into focus."
