A few years after cranking out "Cut Me Some Slack," Paul McCartney and Dave Grohl got back on stage together this past weekend to deliver a rather rockin' version of the Beatles' "I Saw Her Standing There."
The reunion took place at London's O2 stadium this past Saturday (May 23), where Macca invited the number one Foo Fighter out to help him with the Lennon/McCartney classic. It's a pretty standard but playful performance, with Grohl banging his head throughout the old time rock'n'roll arrangement before firing off a quick solo with his Les Paul.
Did London's collective heart go boom when Grohl crossed the room? Did the reunited pair please, please the faithful? You'll have to find out by giving the fan-shot footage a peep down below.
