O.T. Genasis "HA! Jackin for Beats 2015"
Published Dec 23, 2014While O.T. Genasis enthusiastically proclaimed his love for the "CoCo" earlier this fall in his trap track of the same name, the Long Beach rapper is apparently a fan of East Coast rap as well. A new mash-up track called "HA! Jackin for Beats 2015" has the spitter putting on a clinic over old beats from Jay-Z, Puff Daddy and Beanie Sigel's back catalogues.
The Funkmaster Flex-produced joint has Genasis working his flow over Jay-Z's "1-900-Hustler," Puff Daddy's "Victory" and Beanie Sigel's "Feel It In The Air." Throughout, he works the mic with lines about cramming a foe's body in the back of a too-tiny trunk ("Maybe if I take off his shoes, I could tuck his feet"), the trajectory of his career post-"CoCo," and living through bullets-flying street violence.
