Cardi B and Offset recently split up, and last night the Migos rapper made a very public apology in an attempt to win Cardi back. More specifically, he crashed her performance on Saturday night (December 15) at Rolling Loud Festival in Los Angeles and gave her roses plus a cake that read, "TAKE ME BACK CARDI."
The gesture brought Cardi B's set to a temporary halt, as Offset also took the mic to say he was sorry. (He was very publicly accused of infidelity.) Judging by Cardi's body language, it didn't seem to go particularly well. Check out footage below.
The whole thing serves as a nice reminder for anyone going through relationship issues: apologies are best done at home, and barging in on your partner at work is invasive and not at all romantic.
Cardi B has spoken out to defend Offset from criticism following an incident. She posted a pair of Instagram videos saying, "The whole coming at my baby father bullshit, that doesn't make me feel any better."
She clarified that she won't be getting back together with Offset, although she still considers him family.
