After revealing they were at work on a new album this past May, Norma Jean have set a title and release date for their eighth full-length effort.
The band have revealed the LP will be titled All Hail, and it's set to arrive October 25 through Solid State Records. While a tracklisting for the effort has yet to be revealed, you can find its cover artwork above.
The band shared a brief teaser video alongside the news, extending some "thanks to the diehards for naming LP8." Watch the clip closely, and you'll be able to make out numerous social media posts that feature the phrase "all hail the almighty Norma Jean."
All Hail follows Norma Jean's 2016 LP Polar Similar. In conversation with podcast BREWtally Speaking this past May, frontman Cory Brandan explained the aforementioned 2016 effort "was definitely a record where we felt like we ended a trilogy... so now where I think we are was, how do we just switch it up and just really go for something totally off the wall, without losing our self?"
He continued: "We started with a lot of 'I don't knows' and by the time we finished it we were blown away on our own… I've never heard Norma Jean like this... It's new territory for sure, but I'm pretty pumped on it."
That same month, Norma Jean announced the departure of guitarist Jeff Hickey due to his "complex and debilitating alcohol addiction." While the band were in the studio at the time of the lineup change, they did not indicate whether Hickey's playing would be featured on All Hail.
