In case you couldnt tell by the title, this is a "best of album. Looking at the track listing gives you an idea of just how extensive this bands catalogue is, which is made even more impressive considering the groups first two (pre-Fat) albums arent represented. All The Best Songs features 24 tracks from the bands Fat releases and two previously unreleased numbers. If you take the time to familiarise yourself with the chronology of the songs its possible to see the growth the band have undergone. But for the unfamiliar, the songs have the potential of bleeding together a tad too much. The two new songs dont stand out from the crowd, except for the slightly cleaner production, and they dont make this record a must-have for the average NUFAN fan. This works best as an introduction to the band, or as part of a hardcore fans collection.
