Nipsey Hussle

'Mailbox Money' (mixtape)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jan 1, 2015

Though the special delivery apparently took a little longer to arrive than initially planned, L.A. rapper Nipsey Hussle's did in fact get his latest slightly-delayed Mailbox Money out to fans late last night (December 31). If you were too busy singing "Auld Lang Syne" at the time, you can spend your New Year's Day with Nipsey's new package.

As expected, the 15-song freelease inlcudes the Hit-Boy-produced "1 Hunnit a Show" with Rick Ross, but it doesn't actually feature the more recently revealed "Choke" with Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug. Other guest artists that did make it onto the tape include Trae tha Truth, Dom Kennedy, Vernardo, Buddy, and more.

You can sample braggy Nipsey tracks like the '80s pop-sampling "Count Up That Loot," the DJ Mustard-produced bill-stacker "Where Yo Money At?" with Pacman, and the introspective boom of "Between Us" in the full-length player down below. You can download the tape at DatPiff.
