Chad Kroeger (a.k.a. "Captain Ego from Planet Douche") and the boys of Nickelback are ditching the Canadian cold and moving south to Vegas, baby! That's right, the most reviled rockers in recent history are setting up shop in Las Vegas for a residency early next year.
But we haven't reached peak douche yet! They'll be supported by fellow Canadian bro-rockers Monster Truck for the five-date run.
Dubbed the "Feed the Machine" residency (really, not even "Feed the Slot Machine"?), it kicks off on February 23, with follow-up shows on February 24, February 27, March 2 and March 3.
Perhaps the best news to come out of the sure-to-be pyrotechnic-packed show is that the five residency dates will mark Nickelback's only North American live performances for 2018 (though international dates are in the works for next year). So at least it'll be a controlled burn.
Naturally, the shows will go down (or up in flames) at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday (November 10), so if you really want to ruin a pal's upcoming bachelor or bachelorette weekend, head over here to grab some.
