As we know all too well, you have to tread carefully when star-gazing on Twitter. After all, that Brian Eno you're following may not in fact be the real Eno. Nevertheless, we're going to go out on a limb here and report that agro rap metal head Fred Durst recently tweeted Neil Diamond about doing a collaboration with Limp Bizkit, and, er, Diamond is down.
Durst's Diamond-bound tweetreads: "I am a huge fan of yours. We should do a collaboration - Neil Diamond meets my band Limp Bizkit. Sounds fresh." And while you'd think Mr. Diamond would have something better and perhaps less career-damaging to do, he replied:"@freddurst I'd love to, where and when?"
Seriously, just stop trying to imagine it or you're going to get sick.
Thanks to Twenty Four Bit for the heads-up.
