Moses Sumney has been pretty quiet (if you don't count appearing in The Idol), since dropping his double album græ back in 2020.
But today, he returns with a new single and a new vibe, releasing the video for "Vintage," a watery and lush piece of '90s R&B that's probably the most accessible thing Sumney has ever put his name on.
"I'ma take it back to 1993 / When I get my fingers on a time machine," Sumney sings, and the video certainly takes that idea to heart, finding Sumney pulling some choreography in a luxe mansion, dressed in a turtleneck, coat and chain.
It's unclear if "Vintage" is attached to a larger project, but it's probably a safe bet. Check out the self-directed video below.
