Today marks one year since Mobb Deep MC Prodigy passed away. In memory of his late groupmate, Havoc has unearthed a pair of unreleased Mobb Deep freestyles.
Sharing the pair of cuts on Twitter, Havoc wrote, "We Lost My Partner 1 Year From Today. it's Mobb Deep 4 Life. Enjoy These Unreleased Exclusive Freestyles."

Prodigy passed away June 20, 2017, in Las Vegas. He was 42. The rapper had been rushed to hospital while on tour in the city in order to treat his sickle cell anemia. A coroner later ruled his death as accidental choking.
