Mister Heavenly Reveal Album Cover, West Coast Dates

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Jun 13, 2011

Last week, nouveau indie supergroup Mister Heavenly finally dished the dirt on their forthcoming "doom-wop" debut, Out of Love. At the time, the cover art had yet to be revealed, but as you can see in the newly released image above, the artwork portrays a particularly down-and-out couple. Things clearly aren't as dour for the band, though. They've just announced a series of shows in support of the new disc.

The trip kicks off two days after the album's August 16 release date in Portland before the outfit quickly scoot up for their lone Canadian date at Vancouver's Biltmore Cabaret on August 19. While band regulars Nick Thorburn (Islands/Unicorns), Ryan Kattner (aka Honus Honus of Man Man) and Joe Plummer (Modest Mouse) will be onboard for all dates, it's unclear if part-time bassist/actor/heartthrob Michael Cera, will come along on the trip.

Check out the schedule below and get set for Out of Love to drop via Sub Pop.

Thanks to Consequence of Sound for the tip.
