The Milk Carton Kids

"Sing, Sparrow, Sing"

BY Nadia RompasPublished Aug 4, 2015

In our previous sessions with folk duo the Milk Carton Kids, they performed heartfelt renditions of "Secrets of the Stars" and "Shooting Shadows," showing they deserved their Grammy nomination with a bare, acoustic live setup.

Now, we're unveiling yet another take from our exclusive session with the Cali duo at the Great Hall in Toronto, but this time they switched things up, as Kenneth Pattengale goes solo for Monterey cut "Sing, Sparrow, Sing."

The short, two-minute clip focuses on a lone, angelic Pattengale singing softly and effortlessly along to his guitar. Watch the performance in the player below.
