The Meligrove Band Unveil 'Bones of Things' LP, Share New Track

It's been a couple of years since the Meligrove Band were documented with the film Ages and Stages, and now the Toronto indie rockers are ready to press ahead with their careers. Their album Bones of Things will be out on November 18 through We Are Busy Bodies.

This the group's first album since 2010's Shimmering Lights. They've been working on the new material over the past two years with producer José Contreras (of By Divine Right) at his Chicano Power studio in rural Caledon, ON.

The result is 10 songs which a press release promises are marked by the group's "trademark pop melodies and soaring choruses."

At the bottom of this page, hear some of those trademark pop melodies on the tunefully upbeat rock duet "Don't Wanna Say Goodbye."

Tour dates:

08/01 Winnipeg, MB - The Park Theatre *
08/02 Gimli, MB - Icelandic Festival of Manitoba

* with Thomas D'Arcy
