Madonna Says Canada Is Boring

The singer turned what would've been a nice gesture into an insult towards the Great White North

Following the news of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's exit from the royal family, Madonna has stepped in to offer them a place to live in the U.S. — but not without throwing major shade at Canada first.

In an Instagram post from earlier today, the singer is shown addressing the royal couple to offer them a subletting deal at her New York City apartment, perhaps in an effort to steer them away from the Great — or rather, "Dull" — White North.

"Don't run off to Canada — it's so boring there," Madonna says in the video.

"I'll let them sublet my apartment in Central Park West," she continues, speaking to an individual out of frame. "It's got the best view of Manhattan, incredible balcony. It's going to be a winner. That's going to be the deal-breaker. No, Buckingham Palace has got nothing on CPW."

The two royals vacated Windsor Castle last month following the birth of their son Archie. They relocated to BC soon after. It's so far unclear if they will remain in Canada or if they have any plans to move to the States.
