Baltimore dream pop combo Lower Dens have already shared "To Die in L.A." as the first taste of their album Escape from Evil, and now they've given that track a music video.
While the song is a dreamy, sweetly grooving pop tune, the music video gives it a slightly creepy tone. We see a woman hanging around Los Angeles, going on runs and swimming in an acquaintance's pool. This is intercut with shots of a hunter killing a deer, and the woman loses a tooth in a bloody scene. Lower Dens singer Jana Hunter appears in the woman's quickly-expanding entourage.
Watch it below. Escape from Evil is out on March 31 through Ribbon Music.
