Limblifter Celebrate Self-Titled Debut with Anniversary Tour

BY Calum SlingerlandPublished Jun 8, 2016

Vancouver-based alt-pop outfit Limblifter gave their celebrated 1996 self-titled debut the reissue treatment back in 2012, and are now gearing up to celebrate 20 years of the release on the road with a new run of Canadian tour dates.

While more tour stops are set to be revealed soon, the current itinerary shows the band kicking off the trek on June 29 in London, Ontario. From there, they'll hit Toronto's legendary Horseshoe Tavern, Calabogie, Ontario's Mountain Man festival, play both early and late shows in Winnipeg on July 21 (the latter of which is sold out), and spend two days in Saskatchewan.

Limblifter's most recent record came last year with Pacific Milk. The video for album cut "Hotel Knife," directed by Steve Bays (Hot Hot Heat, Mounties) was recently earned a nomination for Video Director of the Year at the 2016 Western Canadian Music Awards. You can revisit the clip in the player below.
