Led Zeppelin Have Officially Joined TikTok

Last month, Robert Plant likened active legacy acts to "people hanging on to a life raft," and in order to keep Led Zeppelin afloat with a new demographic of listeners, his iconic rock outfit has now officially joined TikTok.

Through their newly-minted TikTok account, Zeppelin are teasing the arrival of band-themed art and graphics, archival live footage and more. Additionally, their songs are now available on the service for users to soundtrack posts with.

We'll see if Led Zeppelin take a Tragically Hip approach with their new account, sharing fan content and allowing listeners with golden voices to cover their songs. For now, the band's first post features their "Immigrant Song," and an animated logo that reminds us of Greta Van Fleet's art direction.

Next month, Plant will Raise the Roof on a new album with Alison Krauss. Outside of phone screens, the band's first authorized documentary premiered at the Venice International Film Festival last month.
