Le Phoque OFF has announced its eighth edition is happening in Quebec City from February 21 to 25. Next year's festivities will adopt a hybrid format, presenting this year's in-person panels and showcases virtually via the new PRO platform.
The festival lineup features over 100 emerging artists — including first-wave performers Russell Louder, Bloodshot Bill, l i l a, A Wilhelm Scream, La Fièvre, Worry, Radiant Baby, Jesuslesfilles, Hippie Hourrah, Jessica Moss, Nadah El Shazly, Robert Robert, Malika Tirolien, Efy Hecks and more.
Beginning as a one-off late-night show, Le Phoque OFF has become a hub for the Quebec alternative music scene. It was named Festival of the Year at 2020's GAMIQ Awards for its dedication to introducing tomorrow's performing artists to today's performing arts market professionals in an inclusive, relaxed setting.
Tickets are available here, priced at $10 for showcases and $18 for festival performances. To attend virtually, you'll need to pay $50 for an annual membership to the new Le Phoque OFF PRO community.
