Le Phoque OFF Announces First Wave of 2023 Artists, with METZ, Atsuko Chiba, Jessica Moss

Sheenah Ko, Emmy Rouge, Milanku, Fuudge, Baie, Electric Neon Clouds, Fovelle, Hidden Bliss, Gawbé and more will also perform

Quebec City's Le Phoque OFF is due to return for its ninth edition in 2023, and the festival has now announced the first wave of performing artists leading up to the full lineup announcement.

Running February 10 to 18, the fest is previewing its bill of over 80 acts with METZ, MilankuJessica Moss, Fuudge, the Winston Band, Margaret Tractor, Atsuko Chiba, Baie, Electric Neon Clouds, Emmy Rouge, Fovelle, Gawbé, Hidden Bliss, Louve Saint-Jeu, Lyd., Malaimé Soleil, Nissa Seych, Oli Féra, Peanut Butter Sunday, Sheenah Ko, Thick Glasses, Vermeil and Vivresse.

UPDATE (1/11, 4:23 p.m. ET): Le Phoque OFF has announced its complete 2023 lineup, including Allô Fantôme, Arielle Soucy, Beau Nectar, Beny Esguerra & New Tradition Music, Bibi Club, Blesse, Carlyn, Dogo Suicide, Doodoodoo, Erik Fines, Fernie, Fovelle, Jalouse, Joly, La Dame Ovale, Lampion, Mandy Yaken, Maryze, Mid Divers, Motherhood, Patche, Perséide, Ping Pong Go, Renard Blanc, Rick Et Les Bons Moments, Rip Pop Mutant, Russell Louder, Samuele, Sara-Danielle, Sasha Cay, Sensei H, Slim Tony, Soleil Launière, Totalement Sublime, Vanille, Violett Pi, Winterglow, Yao, Ymnk and Yocto.
