Patient fans can now celebrate, as Montreal indie-rockers Land of Talk have announced they are releasing a brand new EP this fall.

After cancelling tour dates last year and then going on a temporary hiatus due to front-woman Elizabeth Powell's voice issues, group plan to release four new songs and three music videos on an EP titled Fun and Laughter.

The tracks were produced by Besnard Lakes' Jace Lasek, who also lent a hand on the band's first record Applause Cheer Boo Hiss, and the release is schedule to drop on October 13 both digitally and on CD. If you go the physical route, the CD version features screen-printed art designed by the band in a special limited-edition package and will only be available from their website and on the road.

In support of this release, Land of Talk have announced a West coast tour beginning October 27 in San Diego.
