B pumps up the jam off the jump with the house-pop-flirting "Next Thing" and keeps up the pace with other synth-spiked shufflers like the all-night "5 AM" and her "Aaliyah" collaboration with fellow UK singer Jessie Ware. Also on the LP are the slow-building, slightly salsa-fied love anthem "Crying for No Reason" and the Sampha-equipped "Play."
