Following some concert postponements back in June, Justin Bieber shared his Ramsay Hunt Syndrome diagnosis, along with the news that he would be postponing the remaining dates of his Justice World Tour to focus on his health.
Now, a rep for the Biebs has confirmed to Variety that he'll be resuming the trek on July 31 with a performance at the Lucca Summer Festival in Italy. The pop star will go on to play five more European dates in August ahead of heading to South America in September.
There is no update on when Bieber's postponed North American tour dates will be rescheduled, but it likely won't be until sometime next spring after he finishes making his way through South Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and a return to Europe in early 2023.
Ramsay Hunt Syndrome is a rare neurological condition caused by the chickenpox virus, which has manifested in the singer temporarily developing partial facial paralysis. According to tour promoter AEG, Bieber "continues to receive the best medical care possible, is upbeat about his recovery, and is looking forward to getting back out on the road and performing for his fans overseas later this summer."
