West Coast Canadian singer-songwriter Joshua Hyslop recently released his latest LP In Deepest Blue and is currently in the midst of a North American tour with Vanessa Carlton. They'll roll into Canada for the next leg of the tour beginning tonight (November 17), and to mark the occasion, Exclaim! is premiering the new video for "The Flood."
The previously heard single has been given a visual makeover, getting treated to a dramatic narrative clip. The gently melancholic folk tune is accompanied by shots of Hyslop walking through the great outdoors before hopping in his car and blowing off steam on the open road. From there, we see some more scenic sunset shots before Hyslop returns to the city streets in the dead of night.
