Toronto-based alt-pop singer Jeen has confirmed plans to release a new 11-track LP this fall, but before then, the artist born Jeen O'Brien has shared one of the record's singles, a collaborative track with Ian Blurton titled "Don't Wait."
O'Brien, covering acoustic guitar and vocals, is joined by Blurton on vocals and lead guitar, Stephan Szczesniak on drums, Ben O'Brien on bass and Jeff Hiesholt on synth. Blurton also wrote, co-produced and mixed the track, while Matt Oswalt has provided the single artwork, seen above.
O'Brien's latest follows the release of her self-titled 2020 album, which was also co-produced by Blurton and arrived back in October. Previously, the artist teamed up with Broken Social Scene's Brendan Canning for her album's "Deep End."
