A couple weeks back, Jay Som (a.k.a. Melina Duterte) unveiled "Pirouette" from a new 7-inch single, and now the flip side has also arrived.
Like the previously shared track, "O.K., Meet Me Underwater" was also recorded during the sessions for last year's Everybody Works LP.
"Both of these tracks were made during the spring of 2016 — the first demo stages for Everybody Works," Duterte said. "They were fun to write and record, but felt out of place on the tracklist during the finalization of the album. These tracks remain close to my heart and I'm really grateful they're finally out in the world."
The 7-inch single is out today via Polyvinyl. Stream "O.K., Meet Me Underwater" below.
