Ahead of Dinosaur Jr.'s tour dates alongside Mastodon next month, J Mascis has revealed plans for a new solo album.
Titled Elastic Days, the album is set to arrive November 9 through Sub Pop. Twelve tracks in length, the full-length follows his 2014 solo outing Tied to a Star.
Elastic Days was recorded at Mascis' Bisquiteen studio and features vocal contributions from Pall Jenkins (Black Heart Procession), Mark Mulcahy (Miracle Legion, etc.) and Zoë Randell (Luluc), in addition to keyboards from Ken Miauri.

Alongside the announcement, Mascis has also mapped out a 23-date solo tour, which will kick off in Vancouver on November 7. A second Canadian stop will bring him to Toronto on December 1.
