Vancouver electro trio I M U R have called it quits.
The self-proclaimed "makeout music" makers announced their split via an Instagram post on Monday (January 9), simply stating that they "will no longer be releasing music or performing together."
"It has been such an amazing journey over the years with you. Thank you for letting us be our authentic selves and supporting our creativity," the statement continues. "Being able to share our deepest emotions through song has been an incredible experience, and we feel so connected to all of you."
In light of their breakup, the band are holding a sale on all of their merch, with much of it being marked 50 percent off on their Shopify.
I M U R's last album was 2021's My Molecules.
