This year at SXSW, Scottish electro master Hudson Mohawke unveiled a new collaboration with his Montreal counterpart Lunice. Evidently that live project also has a studio incarnation, since the pair are set to release a new EP under the name TNGHT.
TNGHT's self-titled EP with arrive on July 24 via Warp/LuckyMe. Listen to the quirky, burbling cut "Bugg'n" below, and if you're suitably impressed, you can pre-order TNGHT from Bleep.
As for when the pair will follow up their acclaimed SXSW performance, they've schedule a UK show at London's Village Underground on June 21. Unfortunately, there's currently no word as to when they might do some more North American shows.
TNGHT has a newly minted Facebook and Twitter page, so keep your eyes peeled for further updates.
