In the latest episode of Exclaim! TV's Aggressive Tendencies series, we feature Oakland, CA metallers High on Fire.

During a recent stop at Toronto's Opera House while on tour with Goatwhore, Exclaim! TV caught up with High on Fire frontman Matt Pike. He discussed the band's latest album, De Vermis Mysteriis, what the writing process was like and the fictitious, religious-based concept behind the record. Pike also talked about dealing with alcohol addiction and his recent stint in rehab, as well as how that experience has had an impact on him in terms of performing better, while managing temptations on tour.

High on Fire's De Vermis Mysteriis is out now via eOne, and is the follow-up to their 2010 album, Snakes for the Divine.
