Graham Van Pelt, formerly of Miracle Fortress and Think About Life, has announced a new EP. Sense Appeal is due April 17 via Arbutus/No Bad Days, and the title track is available to stream now.
The follow-up to Van Pelt's 2018 solo debut Time Travel, Sense Appeal features two new originals, "Sense Appeal" and "Always Thinkin," that continue Time Travel's explorations in deep house production, with his Arthur Russell-influenced vocals on top.
The originals are backed with a trio of remixes: an "Always Thinkin" remix by Vancouver composer Yu Su, and a pair of "Sense Appeal" remixes, one by Montreal DJ Gene Tellem and one by twin mix engineers Matt and Mark Thibideau.
